Nine tips for a healthy and right diet

In every day life and due to heavy work schedules,we tend to overlook the importance of a right diet and that’s the beginning of all the health problems.Its not always easy to stick to a right diet plan,but you have to understand that maintaining a right and healthy diet is not about eating less or limiting your diet,the aim is to eat in a healthy and right manner for your future.And I think a change in life is always significant to bring out the best you could offer yourself and what’s more better than stepping towards a good and healthy diet to make your today and tomorrow brighter and happier.Here’s the 8 tips for a right and healthy diet.

1.Start your day with a glass of mixing warm water,lemon juice and honey it keeps your digestive system stimulated through out the day and also helps in smoothing skin and weight losing.

2.Never skip morning meal: This is the most important meal of the day.Color your breakfast with the right fresh fruits  like apples,oranges,kiwi, berries and green vegetables such as spinach, brussels sprouts, kale,fenugreek leaves etc or else have a oatmeal.Try eating smaller meals throughout the day like dry fruits and fruits.To keep the metabolism rate stable.

 

3.Keep yourself hydrated: Drink lot of water,stop having too much of soft drink,try to satisfy yourself with fresh juices,       lemonade,coconut water and low-fat milk.

 

 

4.Proper exercise for a healthier and active day: Going for a healthy workout or yoga session of 60 minutes would be really beneficial for you in terms of being energetic,fit and enthusiastic the entire day.

 

 

5.Go for natural foods: Opting for natural food will be a great healthful choice to make because that’ll be cultivated without pesticides and natural food have higher level of nutrients and antioxidants which helps curing many health problems.

 

 

6. Add whole-grains to your diet: Eat wholegrain wheat,brown rice,millet and barley.Avoid eating white rice,pasta,white breads,packaged foods and food which is not wholegrain.

 

 

7.Try to have dinner as early as possible: Dinner time has to be around 7pm or 8pm because your digestive system needs a long break each day to help you balance the weight.Don’t forget to have salads before the dinner or once a day.

 

8.Cut down sugar and salt: Salt increases the heart problems so stop eating high-quality salty food.Avoid all the junk foods which has a big impact on health.People who have sweet tooth and addicted to chocolates,sugary candies should control all the addiction of sugar and sweet as research shows that it results to big health problems like diabetes,skin problems and over-weighting.It seems like a big sacrifice,but it definitely bring a even bigger difference in you.

 

 

9.Skip a day: Skipping a day does not mean eating all the wrong things.It means if you’re tired or frustrated from following the same diet from last 6 days,allow yourself to have a one-fourth of your favorite food and certainly increase the time of your workout session to balance the stability.
