We are starting with a story of Best newly opened Cafes & Restaurants in Delhi & NCR.
The first we have on our list is @fabcafe.in which is an India Inspired cafe that brings you a menu of healthy, organic dishes that comprise of local ingredients and forgotten grains to make the meals that are the epitome of comfort food.
At Fabcafe, they source seasonal, regional and local produce which results in a high-quality supply chain, their ingredient partner, Organic India brings the finest, high nutrition, organic supplies that allows bringing natural nutritive food to the table because at Fabcafe, healthy can be and is indulgent and delicious too.
Fabcafe’s focus is on creating delicious comfort food that’s healthy and nourishing feel-good food. The new menu represents classic Indian dishes from around the country as well as an innovative salad and chaat menu. If you’re gluten-free, vegan, keto or just a glutton, Fabcafe’s got options for everyone! The evolving menu will give patrons a chance to indulge in wholesome food choices.
Let’s start with the appetizers, take our word, this Spinach, spring onion, and water chestnut Momo’s wheat free made with a dough of jackfruit flour, root starches and lightly served with a garlic, chives dip, absolutely a must try. @fabcafe.in
Baked Samosas stuffed with Chana Dal, potatoes and peas filling served with three different chutneys is definitely a great option for a mid time snacks with their series of awesome chai’s they have an option of vegan chai as well.
We have also ordered Shikanj which complemented our meal well, made with lemon, black salt, cumin, mint, and naturally sweeten coconut sugar was used in it.

We already gave you information about what we had in appetizers, coming to the main course we ordered Fabcafe’s special Dal Makani which was delicious, fluffy veg organic India Quinoa Biryani made with jackfruit was the tastiest, Rajasthani Gatta curry steamed chickpea croquettes, simmered in a light and spicy yogurt gravy makes for a perfect Rajasthani delight. Multi Grain Parathas made with six alternate grains super delicious and healthy too.
While in drinks we ordered, Fabcafe’s Berry Blast (fresh berries blended with almond milk that makes a super healthy vegan milkshake which is their signature drink also the host of Berry blast, the Dark Chocolate Jaggery Shake and Chaas all the drinks were super indulging. The thing we liked the most in drinks that they were naturally sweetened with no artificial sweeteners innolved.
While the food and drinks are the main highlights of the cafe, we gave some extra points to such beautiful interiors, soul soothing vibe and how amazingly they used Indian handicraft textiles, furniture and lighting all from fabindia.
We really loved the Veg Quinoa Biryani with the toppings of jackfruit.
We had this mixed berry vegan ice cream with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries sweetened with Jaggery and fortified with cashew cheese. Tasted different from the usual ice creams but this one was super delicious with all the healthy ingredients.
SOCIAL, DLF MALL OF INDIA
Next up, we have SOCIAL, which is a path-breaking urban hangout that’s designed to take you offline while still keeping you connected. From an all-day café serving great food, coffee, and cocktails, SOCIAL transforms from this creatively charged, collaborative space into a high energy bar when work hours end, striking the perfect balance between work x play.
Each outpost is a representation of the neighborhood it resides in, from the pin code to the people. It’s a second home, workplace, and hangout, all wrapped up in one mind-blowing experience.
Avocado toast here is a must-try one, Chef Giresh helped us with the tastiest dishes. One of them is the avocado toast which was so juicy and scrumptious. We loved this one.
We also liked the Kulcha Thali, which was one of the best dishes in the North Indian cuisine and of course the Amritsari chole well complimented the Kulchas. We had a great meal.
This is Filter Coffee Caramel Custard which we had in our desert which was not really too sweet, we would like to thank Chef Girish and Mr. Puneet who made sure that we have a great meal.
The third one we have on our list is Connaught Clubhouse, housed in the heart of the capital city” – remarkably known for its vibe and charm, the gastronomically experiential Connaught.
Clubhouse is positioned just a few steps away from one of the most popular shopping hubs nearing major cafes, pubs, MNC’s, Government offices, Top Corporate offices and more conveniently accessible from all locations of Delhi. Featuring comfortable & cozy seating with high-speed Wi-Fi exuding the nostalgic charm of Dilli.
We loved the Broccoli Muslaan from the all plates section, the right amount of spices were involved with all the green veggies in it, makes it a super delicious and super healthy dish.
With a mix of Grandeur, festivity & color with a tone of Sexiness, the design & decor is balanced between grand community clubhouse – an elegant modern bar. Spread across a huge space on the ground floor, the mighty lounge is a charming and glamorous place to be at.
The food is an amalgamation of Indian & World delicacies crafted expertly by Chef Ajay Chamolis. We had a great time at Connaught Clubhouse, an absolute must visit a place, we loved the decor, food, ambiance, drinks, and service. All of them were fabulous.
One of the best breweries in Delhi, the one at CCH will walk you through flavourful beer quintessentially brewed along with crafted concoctions, gastronomy & enthralling ambiance. A perfect place for food, drinks, cocktails, brew and party with your favorites.
L’Opéra, Civil Lines
Next up we have, @loperaindia L’Opéra the French Pâtisserie, Boulangerie and Salon de Thé (Tea Room) that is known for bringing the original bakery and pastry flavours of France to India. L’Opéra opens its first-ever Café Restaurant at Civil Lines, Delhi.
You can now enjoy an even more lasting experience at @loperaindia L’Opéra Civil Lines, offering a full-fledged menu with soups, posh toasts, large plates, salads, burgers, pasta, pizzas and desserts with a French touch as well as a variety of beverages.
Known for serving traditional French recipes, the brand makes sure to create a stunning ambiance & décor to provide not only the traditional French cuisine but also a beautiful French environment to make the culinary journey memorable. Look at those interiors redefining the French tradition exquisitely.
We ordered this super grain salad which is filled with veggies and whole lot of grain the red quinoa, couscous, kale, charred vegetables and feta cheese. This one is really healthy and delightful.
Who doesn’t love Pasta, we ordered this one with Arrabiata sauce topped with parmeshan and herb dust and with the toppings of Broccoli and mushroom definitely a succulent one and scrummy one.

Next up, we ordered garden feast pizza with toppings of Broccoli florets,chargrilled bell peppers, corn kernels, black olives and jalapenos, so delicious and yum.
On the upper floor, they have a large private multi-purpose room, fitted for ten people, which can be used for more privacy. This space is ideal for a friendly gathering, a family lunch/ dinner or a business meeting.
L’Opéra serves authentic Italian cuisine, the theme of the decor is Paris and looks extremely beautiful ,the Parisian refinement & luxury at its best. The food, drinks & deserts are delightful scrumptious.
