First, we have on our list is Dum Pukht, from ITC Maurya, New Delhi. This iconic restaurant beckons you to partake in a royal experience as it recreates the 200 yr old culinary legacy from the kitchens of the majestic Awadhi Nawabs. The staff at the Restaurant was really warm and welcoming, the tables and the cutlery at the restaurant were repeatedly sanitized and properly clean. The ambiance was royal and intricate to the heritage and culture of Asian times.

We had one of the most authentic and surpassing experiences at Dum Pukht, royal ambiance, the services were top notch. At Dum Pukht they use a technique of Mughlai and Awadhi styles to create a stunning variety of delectable Kebabs. They were so moist in the mouth yet as crispy as it should be Kebab Labgeer, delicately aromatic patties of fresh beetroot, and homemade cheese spiced with brown cardamom seeds and saffron. Pan grilled in butter for a crisp bite was the best in vegetarian appetizers. For the main course, we had, Subz Miloni, a melange of seasonal vegetables cooked in a smooth gravy of yogurt, tamarind, coconuts, and peanuts. Guncha Wa- Keema Dum Pukht prepared with florets of cauliflowers, capsicum, tomatoes in a fenugreek dry gravy.

We also had Dal Dum Pukht, which is an Arhar lentil cooked extremely well with yellow chilies, yogurt, and caramelized garlic. For bread, we had Naan E-BAH Khummach, it is one of the best whole wheat brand we had topped with leavened semolina, poppy seeds, aniseeds and baked in tandoor. For desserts, we had Kulfi Badshah Pasand and Kesari Phirini, after dinner most of us craves something sweet, their exotic desserts complete your cravings, garnished with a gossamer film of gold and silver.

The Hospitality, the ambiance, the food quality, the hygiene, and the cleanliness of the place is one of their kind. We definitely believe what the brand known for, it stands for.

For desserts, we were served Gulab jamuns and brownies with vanilla ice creams. The chef was kind to make us a really moist truffle cake for a farewell instead of a dessert, it was such a super sweet gesture by the chef and the team. All of us loved the cake and the hospitality at the restaurant.
